One of the great things about the Pittenweem shop being open again is getting to see all the wonderful knit and crochet projects you've been working on.

I'm also happy to see your finished projects via email too!

In a two part blog post I'm going to share 6 inspiring projects from Woolly Brew customers - perhaps you'll find them inspiring too.

4 stripy socks

First shared by Ulrike in our Facebook group, Zlonk is a great pattern from Rachel Coopey using Socks Yeah DK.

Socks and stripes are a perfect match and it's a well-known fact that stripes make you knit faster and for longer!

These 4 pairs were knitted by Cindy, mixing and matching colours and stripes. And yes it was initially to use up leftover yarn. But another well-known fact is… you always need to buy more yarn when using up leftovers.

You can find the yarn and pattern in the Pittenweem shop and online.

stranded colourwork jumper in bronze shades

This Misurina Tee, designed by Caitlin Hunter, is more jumper like with a longer body and sleeves.

Knitted by Sabine using Vivacious 4plythe body is Smokey Joe and the motif is done in a fade of Burnished, Maple Syrup and Copper Tones.

You might recognise the colours from Sabine's Fantoosh!

You can find the pattern for the Tee on Ravelry.

stranded colourwork blanket

Mary popped in recently to buy more Rowan Felted Tweed DK to finish her most recent Kaffe Fasset project - a stranded colourwork blanket.

This pattern is part of the MDK Field Guide 13 which includes a selection of 20 charts and motifs and project inspiration. There's this blanket, and a shawl, scarf and cushion.
